Demo Walkthrough

1. Prepare CSV with 2 template groups:
   • Group A: 3 items totaling 100 (valid)
   • Group B: 2 items totaling 80 (invalid)
2. Upload the file → Show Group A created, Group B rejected
3. Download error report → Show weight validation error for Group B
4. Verify Group A template appears in KPI Templates list with correct items
