Admin Role

The Admin role has full, unrestricted access to every feature in the HRMS. It is a protected system role that cannot be edited or deleted.

Organization Management

Employee Management

  • ✅ View all employees across all entities
  • ✅ Create new employees
  • ✅ Edit any employee record
  • ✅ Upload and remove profile pictures
  • ✅ Manage attachments
  • ✅ Assign any role including Admin
  • ✅ Import employees via CSV
  • ✅ Export employees to CSV

KPI Management

  • ✅ Create, edit, and delete KPI Templates
  • ✅ Import templates via CSV
  • ✅ Create, edit, and delete KPI Cycles
  • ✅ Assign templates to departments
  • Publish cycles (generate evaluations)
  • ✅ View all evaluations
  • ✅ Assign/reassign reviewers

Always change the default password immediately in production environments.

Best Practices

  • Limit the number of Admin accounts to as few as possible.
  • Use the Admin role only for system configuration tasks.
  • For day-to-day HR operations, use the HR role instead.
  • Regularly audit which users have the Admin role.
