HR Role

The HR role is the primary day-to-day operational role for human resource management. HR users have broad access to employee data, KPI management, and probation workflows.

Probation Reviews

What HR Cannot Do

  • ❌ Manage roles and permissions (Roles menu not visible)
  • ❌ Assign the Admin role to employees
  • ❌ Delete the Admin role or modify its permissions

Typical Workflows

  1. Onboarding: Create employee → Assign department → Set reporting manager → Monitor probation
  2. KPI Cycle: Create template → Create cycle → Assign template to departments → Publish → Monitor progress → HR Review → Close evaluations
  3. Probation: Receive submitted review → Review manager assessment → Approve or send back → Outcome applied automatically
