Typical Employee Workflow

  1. Receive notification that a KPI cycle has been published
  2. Go to Actionable Items or KPI Evaluations
  3. Self-assess: Score yourself on each KPI item (1–5) with optional comments
  4. Wait for manager review and HR review
  5. Receive notification when HR review is complete
  6. Accept or Dispute the evaluation
  7. If disputed, HR will handle escalation and may force-close
