Typical Employee Workflow
- Receive notification that a KPI cycle has been published
- Go to Actionable Items or KPI Evaluations
- Self-assess: Score yourself on each KPI item (1–5) with optional comments
- Wait for manager review and HR review
- Receive notification when HR review is complete
- Accept or Dispute the evaluation
- If disputed, HR will handle escalation and may force-close
