The Manager role is designed for department managers who need to review employee performance and conduct probation assessments for their teams.

What Manager Can Do

Viewing

  • ✅ View self-assessment scores for employees they review

  • Submit probation reviews with recommendation
  • Resubmit reviews sent back by HR

Self-Service

  • ✅ View own profile
  • ✅ Update display name
  • ✅ Change password
  • ✅ Complete own KPI self-assessment
  • ✅ Accept or dispute own KPI evaluation
  • ✅ View own actionable items
  • ✅ Receive notifications

What Manager Cannot Do

  • ❌ Create, edit, or delete employees

  • ❌ Manage KPI templates or cycles
