Org Chart
The Org Chart gives you a visual map of your team's reporting structure. You can see who reports to whom, browse your department hierarchy, and quickly navigate to any employee's profile.
How to Open the Org Chart
- Click Org Chart in the left sidebar.
The chart loads showing your own position and your direct reports branching below you.

What You Can See
Each card in the chart shows:
- The employee's profile picture (or initials if no photo)
- Their full name
- Their job title
- Their department (shown with a color-coded label)
- An amber dot if the employee is still on probation
Navigating the Chart
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Expand a branch | Click the + button on any card that has reports beneath it |
| Collapse a branch | Click the − button |
| Zoom in / out | Use the + / − zoom controls, or scroll |
| Fit all to screen | Click Fit |
| Reset view | Click Reset |
| Search for someone | Use the Search box — matching names are highlighted and branches auto-expand |
Opening an Employee's Profile
Click an employee's name or avatar in the chart to open their full profile page.
Tips
- If you manage a large team, use the Search box to jump directly to a specific person.
- The amber probation dot is a quick visual reminder to check if a probation review needs to be submitted for that employee.
- The chart reflects the current reporting structure — if something looks incorrect, contact HR to update the employee's "Reports To" setting.
