Profile & Personal Information

Some fields on my profile are greyed out — what does that mean? Fields such as your job title, department, email addresses, reporting manager, and employment status are maintained by HR on your behalf. If any of this information needs to be updated, contact your HR department and they will make the change for you.

I changed my first or last name but my display name looks the same — why? Your display name is built automatically from your Salutation, First Name, and Last Name. After saving, the display name will update to reflect the new combination. If it still looks off, save the tab once more.

How do I update my email address? Email addresses are managed by HR. Contact your HR department and ask them to update it for you.

Where do I change my password? Click your name and avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to open your account settings. The Change Password section is on that page.

I forgot my password. What do I do? You can reset it yourself. On the Sign In screen, click Forgot Password?, enter your email address, and check your inbox for a reset link. The link is valid for 60 minutes. See Forgot Your Password? for full steps.


Bank Details

Why do bank detail changes go through an approval process? Bank details are directly linked to payroll. The approval step ensures your salary always reaches the right account and protects you from any unauthorised changes.

I submitted a bank detail change request with wrong information. What do I do? Cancel the pending request by clicking Cancel Request on the Bank Details tab, then submit a new one with the correct information.

My bank detail change request was rejected. Can I resubmit? Yes. After a rejection, the reason provided by HR is shown on the Bank Details tab. Address the issue and submit a fresh request.

How long does it take for a bank detail change to be approved? There is no fixed timeline — it depends on your HR team's workload. Contact HR directly if you need a status update.


Emergency Contacts

I want to replace my only emergency contact. How do I do that? Add the new contact first, then remove the old one. This keeps at least one contact on file at all times, which is required by the system.


Attachments

I uploaded a file by mistake. Can I remove it? Yes — use the delete icon on the Attachments tab. The option is available for 1 hour from the time of upload. After that window, contact HR and ask them to remove it on your behalf.

My file is larger than 1 MB. What should I do? Compress the file before uploading (most PDF editors and image tools have a compress or reduce option), or ask HR to upload it directly on your behalf.

I clicked the preview icon but nothing opened. Why? The in-app preview works for PDFs and image files (JPG, PNG, GIF). For other file types such as Word documents or spreadsheets, use the download icon to save the file and open it on your computer.


KPI Evaluations

I received a notification about a KPI evaluation but I cannot find it. Go to Actionable Items in the sidebar — the evaluation will be listed there. You can also navigate directly to KPI Evaluations from the sidebar.

I want to review my scores before submitting. Is there a way to do that? Yes — the evaluation form shows a live score preview that updates as you enter ratings. Check your projected overall percentage before clicking Submit Self-Assessment to make sure everything looks right.

My evaluation has been in "Manager Review" for a long time. Who should I contact? The evaluation is waiting for your assigned reviewer to submit their scores. Follow up with your manager directly. If the reviewer needs to be changed, contact HR.

What is PIP and what does it mean for me? PIP stands for Performance Improvement Plan. It is shown when your overall KPI score falls below 50%. If a PIP is initiated, your HR team will reach out to discuss a structured plan to support your performance improvement.

What is HiPo? HiPo stands for High Potential. It is applied when your overall score is 90% or above, indicating outstanding performance. HR may consider HiPo employees for fast-track confirmation or advancement opportunities.

I submitted my response (accepted or disputed) and want to change it. Is that possible? Responses are final once submitted. If you have concerns after submitting, speak with your manager or HR — they can address the matter through the available workflow steps.


Notifications

I am not receiving email notifications. What should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. If the emails are not there, contact your HR department — they manage the notification settings for the organisation.

Can I control which notifications I receive? Notification settings are managed by HR/Admin at the organisation level. If you have concerns about the emails you are receiving, speak with your HR department.
