Employee Guide

This guide covers everything you need to use the HRMS as an employee — from updating your personal information to participating in KPI evaluations.

Your Profile

The HRMS gives you a self-service portal to keep your own information up to date. Your profile is divided into sections, each accessible via a tab at the top.

SectionWhat You Can Do
Personal InformationUpdate your name, nationality, date of birth, CNIC, gender, and marital status
Contact DetailsUpdate your address and phone numbers
Bank DetailsSet up your bank details initially; request changes through HR approval
Emergency ContactsAdd, edit, and remove emergency contacts
DependentsAdd, edit, and remove dependents
QualificationsManage your work experience, education, skills, languages, and licences
AttachmentsUpload documents; delete your own uploads within 1 hour

Fields such as your job title, department, email addresses, and employment status are maintained by HR — you will see them on your profile but they are not editable from your end.

KPI Evaluations

When HR publishes a KPI cycle for your department, an evaluation is assigned to you. You will receive a notification, and the evaluation will appear in your Actionable Items queue. Your responsibilities are:

  1. Complete and submit your self-assessment
  2. Review the final result and accept or dispute it
