Qualifications

The Qualifications section of your profile is where you record your professional background. It is divided into five sub-sections, each accessible via its own tab within the Qualifications area.


Accessing Qualifications

  1. Go to your profile via My Profile in the sidebar.
  2. Click the Qualifications tab.
  3. Inside, you will see sub-tabs for each category.

Work Experience

Record your previous employment history.

To add a work experience entry:

  1. Click Add.
  2. Fill in the form:

  1. Click Add to save.

Education

Record your academic qualifications.

To add an education entry:

  1. Click Add.
  2. Fill in the form:

  1. Click Add to save.

Skills

List your professional and technical skills.

To add a skill:

  1. Click Add.
  2. Fill in the form:

  1. Click Add to save.

Languages

Record languages you speak.

To add a language:

  1. Click Add.
  2. Fill in the form:

Licenses & Certifications

Record your professional certifications, licences, and credentials.

To add a licence or certification:

  1. Click Add.
  2. Fill in the form:

  1. Click Add to save.

Editing and Deleting Entries

For all five sub-sections:

  • Click the pencil icon on any row to edit that entry.
  • Click the trash icon to delete an entry. You will be asked to confirm before it is removed.

Tips

  • Keep qualifications up to date — HR may refer to this information for performance reviews, promotions, or compliance purposes.
  • Add certifications when you receive them, not just during onboarding.
  • If you have a certification with an expiry date, record it so HR can track renewals.
