Notifications

The HRMS keeps you informed at every step of a workflow through its built-in notification system. Notifications are delivered in-app (within the system itself) and by email when applicable.


Types of Notifications You Will Receive

EventNotification Sent
A KPI evaluation has been assigned to youYes — prompting you to complete your self-assessment
HR has reviewed your evaluationYes — prompting you to accept or dispute
Your bank detail change request has been approvedYes — confirming the update
Your bank detail change request has been rejectedYes — including the rejection reason
Your evaluation has been force-closed by HRYes — confirming the final status

In-App Notifications

In-app notifications appear within the HRMS interface. To view them:

  1. Look for the notification bell icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click it to open your notification panel.
  3. Unread notifications are highlighted.
  4. Click any notification to go directly to the relevant page.
  5. Notifications are marked as read once you view them.

You can view your full notification history by opening the notifications panel — older notifications remain available so you can refer back to them.


Email Notifications

Depending on your HR department's configuration, some notifications are also sent to your registered email address. Email notifications contain a direct link to the relevant item in the system.

If you are not receiving email notifications and believe you should be, contact your HR department — they manage the notification channel settings.


Tips

  • Do not rely solely on email — always check the system for the most current status of any workflow item.
  • If you miss a notification, the relevant item will still appear in your Actionable Items queue.
  • Notification emails include a direct link to the action required — click it to go straight to the relevant page after signing in.
